Engr. Norberto Manalo has been in the construction business for almost 2 decades now. He served as Project Manager for various high-rise commercial and housing developments prior to establishing his own construction business. He is responsible for leading all aspects of service delivery and business development.Engr. Noel Perez formulates project programs and directs resource allocation. He is also involved on scheduling and phasing, reviews budget and cost estimates ensuring projects are on track throughout all the phases of the construction process. He directs pre-construction and construction operations to keep all commitments made.
